Bella Vista Accommodations

Booking

We cannot accept booking from any person under 18 years.
When booking, A deposit of 30% should be sent to us (details given upon booking) to confirm your booking. Full payment will be done upon check-in.

Government Eco Tax

Government Eco Tax is not included in the price shown on the website. This is currently 50 cents per adult over 18 years per night up to a maximum of 10 nights. This can be paid upon check-in.

Manual Booking

Should you wish to make a last minute or same day booking you are kindly asked to contact us by mobile phone 00356 99448766 (call, send text message or Whatsapp) so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellation

Cancellation should be done by email or message. It is valid as soon as you have received an answer from us. The deposit on your booking is non refundable.

Keys

The key to the front door of your apartment should NOT be left in the lock on the inside or outside of your door at any time. If keys to the Accommodation are lost or left in the inside lock resulting in guests being locked out – we reserve the right to charge you for any damages which have to be done to unlock/open the door.

Upon your departure, keys should be left on the table inside, all switches should be switched off and doors/windows should be closed/locked.

Behaviour

If you or your guests’ behaviour could objectively be regarded as unreasonable, antisocial, unacceptable or likely to endanger the health and/or safety of yourself, other guests or others, or the well-being and enjoyment of others, you may be asked to vacate the accommodation.

Safety

You must read and comply with the fire notices at the accommodation. You must only use the fire equipment in the venue in the event of an emergency. We reserve the right to invoice you for any costs incurred due to negligent or improper use of fire equipment by You or your guests.

Personal belongings

All guests should ensure that their personal belongings are kept safe and secure and should lock doors and windows when the accommodation is unoccupied.

Damages

Any damage caused by you or your guests’ neglect may result in a charge to you of the cost of rectifying this damage.

Complaints

Should you experience any problems with the accommodation, you are asked to contact us immediately and we will try to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Pets

You and/or your guests may not bring pets into the accommodation. This does not apply to service dogs. However, If you have a service dogs, you should notify us in advance.

Damages

The lead guest should promptly notify us of anything adversely affecting the Accommodation as well as take prompt action to ensure that contents forming part of the accommodation are secure. Damage caused by you or your guests’ neglect results in a charge to you of the cost of rectifying this damage.

Children

Children should be supervised at all times in all parts of the buildings.

Respect the Neighbours

You and your guests should cause as little disturbance as possible to the other guests/residents/neighbours.

Check-in & Check-out times

Check-in is at 1600 hrs while all accommodation must be vacated by 1030 hrs on the departure date. Should you have different check-in/check-out requirements, please let us know and we will try to be flexible, depending on availability.

Insurance

Guests are required to provide for themselves all necessary insurance against personal injury, theft, cancellation, delay, etc.
